User data deletion
At GayTravelr, we respect your rights to privacy and understand that, as a user of our services, you may wish to remove your data from our systems.
If you wish to have your data deleted, please follow the process outlined below:
If you are logged in via web, go to your profile settings. Look for the option that allows you to delete or deactivate your account. Following this process will erase all of the personal data associated with your account.
If you are using the app, go to your profile and click edit profile. In the bottom of the view you find the delete function. Following this process will erase all of the personal data associated with your account.
If you are unable to complete this process, or if you prefer to request deletion via email, you can send us a request directly at [email protected]. Please ensure that your email includes a clear declaration of your desire to have your data deleted.
Please note, that following the deletion of your account, all personal data associated with it will be removed from our systems. This includes your profile information as well as travel plans, visited countries, cities, and locations.
This process is irreversible. Once your data has been deleted, we will not be able to recover it. If you decide to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
