Time for Inclusive Education (TIE)
Time for Inclusive Education (TIE) is Scotland’s leading charity dedicated to embedding LGBT-inclusive education across the nation’s schools.
Originally a grassroots campaign, TIE successfully advocated for Scotland to become the first country to incorporate LGBT themes into the national curriculum, aiming to combat homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia through education.
TIE provides free resources, workshops, assemblies, and professional learning for teachers, supporting an inclusive, prejudice-free environment for all young people.
Backed by the Scottish Government, TIE collaborates closely with schools and educators, fostering a society that recognizes LGBT people as an equal part of the community.
