A cosy queer-friendly pub just outside central Edinburgh. The Regent has a relaxed vibe, great beer, comfy sofas, local art on the walls and a friendly crowd. Popular with both locals and visitors, including the Bear Scots group, it’s an easy place to feel at home over a pint and some chat.

This is my favourite bar in Edinburgh. It's a bit away from the rest of the 'scene' and therefore has a mixed crowd. Small and cozy and great on a wet Edinburgh night. Try the malt whisky selection as you are in the Scottish capital
