The Sauna complex is situated in the fashionable Jomtien area just outside Pattaya and spans three floors.
The Ground floor comprises a locker room, showers, and toilets, steam room, sauna, swimming pool, gymnasium, Jacuzzi, a bar, and restaurant serving Thai and Western cuisine. There is also a relaxing area with comfortable sofas and a large TV.
An enlarged patio surrounding the swimming pool is now available for guests to relax, have a drink, and enjoy a snack at any time of the day.
On the 2nd floor, guests can make their own entertainment in an area featuring a dark room, relaxing rooms, showers, and toilets.
The 3rd floor has additional relaxing rooms, a maze, sauna, steam room, toilets, and showers.
The guesthouse
Two Guesthouse buildings are now available in Sansuk. The first building, referred to as Wing A, was opened in 2005 and offers 19 rooms. The second building, Wing B, is an eight-story building with an elevator and over 60 rooms.

- All rooms have a TV, DVD player, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, safes, free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities, and refrigerators.
- Entrance to sauna is included in the room rates.
- Breakfast is included in the room rates, except for standard rooms in Building B, which do not include breakfast or entry to the sauna, and do not have DVD players or tea and coffee making facilities.
- There are no extra charges added like service or tax.
- Room sizes range from 22 sq.m. to 44 sq.m.
