Abseitz Stuttgart e.V.
Abseitz Stuttgart e.V. is a queer sports club dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for sports and community engagement.
Founded in 1993 by a group of volleyball-playing students, the club has grown to include over 20 departments and more than 800 members, making it a significant part of Stuttgart's queer community.
The club offers a variety of recreational sports activities, focusing on enjoyment and camaraderie, while also supporting members who participate in competitive events, including international tournaments like the Euro Games and Gay Games.
Abseitz is primarily run by volunteers and encourages community involvement in its operations and events.
