Pride Connection Ecuador

Pride Connection Ecuador is a business network focused on fostering inclusive workspaces in Ecuador.

Their primary goal is to create work environments that are respectful and equitable for the LGBTIQ+ community. By doing so, they aim to build connections and promote equity, supporting the professional development of individuals within this community.

This initiative is pivotal in ensuring that workplaces are not only diverse but also inclusive and supportive of all employees, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
