You take a ship from Old Dubrovnik port and then you need to walk about 10 minutes before reaching the beach.
Mixed crowd, but most gay people keep to the end, near the sea cave.
There's quite a few reports of people being too eager to get close and see some nudity and even take pictures, so don't be shy ;)
