LGBTI+ Reference Centers – Specialized Support and Advocacy
The LGBTI+ Reference Centers provide free and specialized support to the LGBTI+ community, particularly individuals facing discrimination, vulnerability, or violence. These public services offer psychosocial, legal, social, and educational assistance, aiming to prevent and combat anti-LGBTI+ violence, promote rights, and support community empowerment.
In addition to on-site support, Mobile LGBTI+ Units extend the reach of these services by providing initial consultations, information, and referrals to ensure broader accessibility. The centers also collaborate with public institutions, private organizations, and civil society to strengthen the network for human rights protection and advocacy, increasing visibility and awareness of LGBTI+ issues.
